Workpackages (WP) : the various project activities
WP1 : PROJECT MANAGEMENT
(responsible LOMIC).This WP is dedicated to the coordination of all the different work packages and tasks, the organization of the different internal meetings, the organization of the final open international colloquium, the external relationships with BNP-Paris Bas Fondation, with University of Paris 6, and with IPEV.
WP2 : PUBLIC OUTREACH
(responsible IPEV & LOV)This WP is dedicated to the implementation of all the actions for the dissemination of SOCLIM’s sciences and activities to a wide public, with a focus on the young people. The action “mon océan & moi” will be coordinated by LOV, and all the actions involving the Marion Dufresne and sea operations will be coordinated by IPEV (service communication)
WP3 : FLOATS
(responsible LOV) This WP is dedicated to the deployments of the profiling floats (bio-argo and proval floats). This WP will be also in charge of the quality control and of the distribution of the data.
WP4 : MOORINGS
This WP is dedicated to the coordination of all the operations related to the construction, the deployment and the recovery of the moorings. The WP will be in charge of the processing of the data and of the analysis of the samples.
